Jill is the Founder and CEO of GeneScreen Genetic Counseling, founded in 2013. She obtained her B.S.N from Georgetown University, then received her M.S.N. from Columbia University and graduated as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in genetics. Jill worked as a Nurse in infertility and reproductive endocrinology for seven years before working as a nurse practitioner in obstetrics and gynecology for ten years. She also spent 1 year in genetic research at Rockefeller University in New York. Jill was a finalist for the Leading Women Entrepreneurs award in 2015 and was recognized as one of the Top 25 in 2016. In 2017, she received a nomination from Smart CEO. In 2024, Jill was honored as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.

Thomas Neyarapally, Business Advisor
Tom Neyarapally is currently the CEO & Co-Founder of Archetype Therapeutics, an AI-native company pioneering the use of generative chemogenomics in patient data-driven drug discovery. Previously he held the role of CCO on the founding team at Sema4, a patient-centered health intelligence and genetic testing company. He was also a member of the founding team and Executive Vice President, Corporate Development at the causal AI drug discovery company Aitia. Tom served as a corporate and IP lawyer at Chadbourne & Parke LLP and Frommer Lawrence & Haug LLP. He started his career as an analyst at the consulting firm Arthur D. Little. Tom received his degree in chemical engineering, cum laude and as an Honors Scholar, from the University of Connecticut, and JD and MBA degrees from Cornell University.
